Wax!I started noticing that after washing off the color the product leaves behind a super sticky substance which doesn’t wash away with 2 shampoos . It wasn’t like that before. The old formula was super and was leaving hair soft. This formula sucks and your suggestion to wash with soda and shampoo is ridiculous. I have also noticed that the hair doesn’t look as healthy anymore after this product. Super mad that I was wasting my money on something that did nothing but damage. The best surprise everI am so thrilled with my esalon color. I never expected such grand results. My niece applied it for me. She too was stunned. Now my old gray hair is beautiful brown with gold highlights and my hair in much improved condition.
