They just don’t do anything to helpI’ve tried several attempts to reach someone and if your not ordering they pass you on and No one will help you. I wanted my color lighter it’s been too dark and then shipped too often.., and now with no success I want to just cancel the whole thing. usually good product but this time my hair is way to orange especially the rootsI have been getting the product for some time.
