absolutely loved my new color.J LOVRD MY NEW COLOR BUT I AM 77YRS OLD. AND DID NOT WANT MY CREDIT CARD INFO SAVED. I WOULD MUCH RATHER order products when I need. Not for meI spent an entire weekend trying to get this procedure down right and after multiple strand tests I moved forward with the color to find it was a waste of my time and money. This color made my hair slightly red and was very displeased with results and made me extremely frustrated and upset. I scheduled a hair appointment next and to pay double what I normally would. They just don’t do anything to helpI’ve tried several attempts to reach someone and if your not ordering they pass you on and No one will help you. I wanted my color lighter it’s been too dark and then shipped too often.., and now with no success I want to just cancel the whole thing.
