Ugh! Mousey hair!Unfortunately, I didn’t get what I first ordered, which was a light ash blonde. Instead I got sent a medium ash, it now looks like my original mousy colour that I’ve been dyeing for years to get rid of it! I did get an apology and a refund, which is good of them! Custom ColorThis is my first time using this and it has done a great job of keeping my hair color for a longer time than the one in the beautician salon. I have curly hair and I use lotion on my hair and the lotion builds up and strip away the color from my hair, but this one last longer.
