I love my new colorI am 51 with salt and pepper hair. With the increase in gray, I was going to the salon often and spending a lot of money. I had highlights but I am trying to grow them out. The color from eSalon was perfect. I called to get extra advice about using it on my highlights. I applied it to my roots for the first 25 minutes and then put it all over for the last 10 minutes. And I love it! The highlights are warmer and the color is much more flattering than what I had been doing. I really loved the color butI was so in love and happy about my color. But just after two washes it’s already starting to fade. I am really disappointed because I love this color so much and want to keep it as long as I can but I also have to shower after soccer and working out but now I’m scared to if it’s going to fade my color so much. Updated: After speaking with their customer service they sent me another kit and the same coloring I loved and it’s beautiful! It is lasting so much longer and their customer service is absolutely phenomenal! I am so excited and happy about everything!!! My hair had lightened much more by the time I appliedYou sent a light brown hair colour but a dark blonde touch up wand. The dark blonde wand was the right colour up until I applied the colour kit today but the hair colour kit is too dark. I had asked you to adjust the colour to a lighter shade but it wasn't light enough. Now I have the wrong wand colour for the roots. Color not what was orderedMy "colorist" decided the color I ordered was not going to be flattering, so I was sent something completely different. I could have returned it but it would have cost as much in return shipping as what I paid for the order to begin with. So I figured I had nothing to lose since I paid for it anyway. I used the color and not only read it not what I ordered, but not what the bottle and order says it was. I wanted a copper red, they sent me "light brown red mahogany", and I got something that resembles a dark bozo the clown red. This is the worst color I have ever had. I won't waste my money again, especially when I have no idea what I'm going to get. I still don't understand why they would randomly send me the wrong color, unless that's their way of getting you to buy more, too fix it. love the color and shineI finally had the chance to use my color and can't believe the shine and softness of my hair. I love the color and it did a great job of covering my roots. Now I'll be curious to see how long I can go before needing to reapply and whether the color will fade or stay vibrant.
