Convenience is great but not the coverageI really like the idea of this program & with their easy guarantee, you can't lose. Very Surprised!I was contacted before shipment to tell me that the color I had selected was probably too dark and asked if I wanted to go with my colorist's suggestion. I chose to follow the suggestion made and was pleasantly surprised. I visited my hairdresser the next week for a trim and she even said the color looked good.
