Decent home hair color kitGray coverage is good and it is easy to apply and doesn’t dry out my hair. The home delivery set up is very convenient. My hair has turned reddish over the past year, however, and the red gets more pronounced as time goes on. I have not been able to successfully get the red tone corrected as of yet, so the home application looks good for about two weeks then starts looking too red. Still does not coverI have less than 15% of my hair that is gray. My formula was supposedely adjusted with this shipment, but it still does not cover. Damaged product and wrong colorwhen ordering my second shipment how color I changed the color and send pictures as to what I wanted I was then contacted and told they could not do the exact color I wanted and then shoot me the product that I previously ordered with one extra Free bottle of ends Refresher. The issue was that the color they sent me was still on mahogany when I wanted a darker brown instead of medium brown with Violet instead of mahogany so I was not very happy with that then when I contacted support I told them that received damaged product as well as the wrong color and I then had to go by new color from a store because I had a vacation planned that now I would not have my hair die in time for and had to spend more money than I was planning on when they refunded me an early refund without sending the product back yet it was only $20 refund so it was $15 short of what I paid for my order. This has been a very stressful situation for me having to figure out things at the last minute for my trip spend more money than I wanted and then have to wait a week for my funds to be transferred back to my card and it wasn't even the full amount that I actually paid. I will probably never order from this company again. Hopefully this gets resolved one positive thing I can say about this company is the support team is very quick to respond to any questions and emails I sent they did respond in less than 24 hours of each email I sent so that is one thing this company does have good customer service support 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Too darkThe colour formulated for me was way too dark, it was very harsh and although it covered my previous colour and abundant grey roots I couldn't get used to it looking nearly black. I wanted a warm colour, more a chestnut brown which was nothing like the end result.
