Extremely happy!This company is top notch! From the beginning of filling out their questionnaire and letting them know what you want, they really listen. I ordered a color and esalon contacted me because they said based on what I said I wanted, the color I picked was too dark for my complexion. They were happy to make it for me but wanted to see if I wanted to change the color since I really didn't know what I wanted. I put my trust in their hands and felt good about it. When I received my order I was so impressed! Everything was personalized with my name and my color creation. I just colored my hair 2 nights ago. It was nice that after rinsing everything out and using the shampoo and conditioner packets they included, I didn't have the usual smell like I just got done coloring my hair that I get from the normal box colors. After I dried my hair and styled it, it feels so nice and looks shiny and healthy. I'm very impressed with this company and the quality and care they put into their products and their customers! I'm excited to try some of their other products too! I'll give my honest reviews on anything I try.
