DissatisfiedI used the first order yesterday, 10/20/18, and was dissatisfied with the product and the whole process. The ammonia in the hair color was so overwhelming that it made my eyes tear; the process was too many steps to do at home by myself. The rinse part of the process made such a mess in the shower that it took another 1/2 hour to clean. Very happy with thisSooo pleased with this service. Couldn't be happier with quality and results. I've only ever used box dye for my hair and the grey coverage and lack of fading with this color has been impressive in comparison. The process from getting the box and using the color and then the results is all around good. I also like how I can adjust the color for my next order. Color is more runny than box dye so definitely use the skin protector but the wipe works well at removing the color as well if it does get on your skin. Love my new colorI have dark brown hair and decided I wanted to cover my summer light brown. I got mahogany brown. Absolutely love the color. I have colored my hair many times and while this was more steps then the box colors at the stores, so worth it.
