Turned my brown hair redThe color turned my brown/dark blonde hair red. Bright red. I contacted customer service requesting to mitigate this asap and was told that my colorist would adjust my next order and if I wanted it sooner, I should change the delivery date. Amazing ColorsI love how my hair feels, and have since I started using your color product. It is easy to use, and I have no complaints at all. I think I have been using this product for almost a year now. We have gone through several shade adjustments and I can finally say that my color is perfect! It is beautiful, vibrant and purple! I get more compliments on my hair now than I ever can remembering getting before. Everyone asks "who does your hair?". I answer "I Do!" The color lasts a long time with little fading. I have reorder ever 2 months and even right before its time to recolor, I get compliments. The hair highlights are light and natural. The highlights sparkle even in less bright settings. The color is just purple enough that people do a double take. I believe in this product. My hair is thinning as I age and there is no staining on my scalp, which unfortunately can be seen a bit more each passing year. BEST hair color product ever!EXCELLENT product...produces "natural" look, not an out-of-the box flat color and is extremely long lasting. Hair is shiny, rich and full of dimension. Also covers grays much more naturally and fully; again, long lasting in that regard. My personal selection in my first set ordered requires a bit of adjusting as per my preferences to not have too much dominance of the "accent" color, but that was based on my own initial selection and not the fault of my eSalon stylist. Amazing as always.Will never go back to Sally’s color. This stuff is the best I have ever used. And I’m so spoiled now having it sent straight to my door. Easy to use and great color match!I am super happy with my entire eSalon experience! I used my first order two weeks ago and the color match was fantastic, I have been doing all over color and highlights in a salon for the last decade. I did the root only technique and it completely covered my grays and gave me natural highlights that blended really well with the rest of my hair. I missed a spot at the back of my head, I called to get advice and was sent a complimentary second order to redo the parts I had missed!
