Worst Experience EverSo there needs to be a prominent warning in your products regarding what happens when you add water to the remain colour and then apply it on your hair in the shower. The fumes gagged me and I could NOT stand the burning in my eyes, nose and throat. This should NEVER be done in an enclosed space. I could barely get out of the shower dripping wet w hair color dripping off me - to take a breath of air that wasn’t fumes. Why would you not put a notice on your products about the fumes?? Aside from that - nothing happened. My color did not change around the roots or scalp or ends. It is exactly the same. I won’t even mention how dried out my hair is. Ive never experienced this before. You have a great idea but fail on the execution. Simply PerfectI can't say enough about how much I love my custom color. I'm naturally a strawberry dark blonde/light brown color. But I like to keep my hair fired up. Best hair color!I have to color my hair every 3 weeks. I have always bought my items at Sally's Beauty Supply. It was difficult getting all the color out of the tube. With this new product I don't have to worry about it anymore. Esalon packages all the materials for you to include gloves. The developer and color are pre-measured and when mixed, there is no lumps. The color is nice and creamy, ready to use. This is the second time I get it through the mail and I have received the product on time.
