Love my colorI have very resistant grays. I have tried every brand out there of permanent color. All of which lasted 3 weeks at best. I also have a very sensitive scalp so dyeing in general is a difficult issue for me. I saw the ad for esalon in a magazine and decided to try it. I have not been disappointed yet. Been using esalon for a year and have gotten so many complements on how natural and rich my color is. My hair dresser has even said she is impressed with the color. I have very little scalp reaction from the dye and have stretched the time between coloring to 6 weeks which is awesome. The set up was easy, adjustments to your color are easy and quickly addressed. The notifications via emil are also very helpful. Yes, the initial sticker shock of the service feels like too much but, I have no complaints. Great color, tailor made for me!This product is not harsh on my hair and the color results are consistent time after time. My hair always looks healthy! I love that I don't have to think about when I will need to purchase my next color; it is set up for regular delivery. Hair ColorDue to multiple pinched nerves in my cervical spine I have been coloring my hair at home for several years. I just can't sit in the hairdressers chair with my neck bent back over the sink while they scub my scalp. Ouch! Box dyes not only left my hair feeling and looking terrible, the color didn't last. My eSalon hair color is fabulous, long lasting, and my hair looks great again. I am able to adjust color any time I want. Customer service is prompt and efficient. Trying eSalon was the best decision I have made for my hair and my comfort. I don't have to do anything but go to my mailbox and color! I love the personal service!Using eSalon is BETTER than going to a salon to a colorist. eSalon has a long series of questions they ask about the condition of your hair, what color it is now, what color are you going for, how easy does your hair take color, how much grey do you have...just enough to know that they really care about getting it right. I sent a picture along with the survey and I was contacted by a colorist within 24 hours letting me know what they thought would work for me. I approved it before they sent the kit. Everything comes in a beautiful little box and the colorist even signs the instructions. I have colored my own hair before and the eSalon instructions were the easiest to follow, really tailored for me and my hair. I also looked up the eSalon videos on YouTube giving instructions. The videos gave me an extra boost of confidence. The coloring process went very smoothly. The little packets of shampoo and conditioner included in the kit were wonderful. I loved my hair color and texture, it turned out beautifully. The color is multi-dimensional and rich. I think it looks like I have highlights and lowlights, which would have been super expensive at a salon. I received an email a few weeks after coloring asking me how I liked my color and if I would like to tweak it a bit. I told them a couple of things I would like changed and my second kit is on it's way. I can't express how excited I am about this service. I care more about my hair than any salon will. I feel like I have so much more control and expression in how my hair looks. This is an awesome personal service at an amazing price!
