AmazingI've been using Esalon hair color for a couple of years now. I have never received so many compliments on my hair color before. The product is perfect, and customer service is amazing! You can't beat this!I have colored my hair at home for many years and had to trade brands so my hair didn't turn out too red or brassy. I saw the reviews for this and gave it a shot. I have now used it twice. The color has excellent coverage and you can adjust it every single time before it is custom made for you. I will probably go a little lighter since spring is here and I will be at the beach a lot more. Directions are simple. This color lasts comparable to other brands I have used. Amazing match!I started with a color formulated from a picture--perfect match, awesome,--and then when I asked for a touch more copper, my request was absolutely perfectly fulfilled. LOVE THIS PRODUCTFound a add for this product on Facebook and I have heard a bunch of people mention it so I decided to try it.
