Perfect from the start!!!I wanted a very natural looking color that would not show the gray the instant it starting growing. They took my description of color preference and got it perfect. I have short hair and one bottle lasts through two colorings, so I get an automatic shipment every 12 weeks. You can set your own schedule, and with the shipment, you receive a packet of colorfast shampoo, and super great conditioner. Compliments Keep ComingI've been dying my hair with what I thought were "salon products". But my hair would become brittle, brassy and I ended up cutting it off.
