Loved the color but didn’t get 100 % gray coverageI really like the color selection we made for my hair and how it looks and also I am very impressed with the customer service at eSalon, however, I didn’t get 100% gray hair coverage, which is what I was really looking for and the reason I came to eSalon. When I told my colorist about the lack of gray coverage at my first application of the product, he immediately offered another kit with a modification at no additional cost. So I am please that they are trying to help me get the gray coverage I want and need. I won’t know until another 4 weeks when i try the modified product. I wanted to love itUnfortunately I wasn't able to love my color and ultimately cancelled my account. After coloring, my hair became extremely dry and frizzy. I criedOmg I have tried so many hair dyes in shops and tried bleach but nothing made my hair the a shy colour I wanted. Seen esalon advertised on Facebook and something told me to give it a go so I did it. It arrived at my house in a cute box, easy to understand, got on with it as I was washing it out I thought please work or i might aswel give up. I then dried my hair looked in the mirror I cried it's the colour I have been wanting for years. Well, I was pretty skeptical...I have ALWAYS gotten Aveda color, but we moved away from my stylist and they are so difficult to find... and SO expensive. So I gave esalon a shot... just finished my first color and WOW! My stylist nailed it... I misunderstood a few directions for the shower part and could have used a 3rd set of gloves, but the color is perfect and my hair looks professionally done. My friend even asked if I got low-lights!
