I did not care for this color set at all.The color is dark copper brown, it looks pretty in the picture, but on me it looks terrible. My roots turned a bright auburn red and the rest of my hair is brown, it looks nothing like the picture :( 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

disappointedI have colored my hair for years, so I know what I am doing. However, you need another set of hands doing it with the brush and two bottles when you are supposed to separate your hair into sections, do your ends separately and then blend everything together. MediocreThe smell was so intense I gassed my family out of the house for an hour. Hair feels dull now, and easily tangles. The color looks alright but definitely faded after the first wash. The love is gone!Did not cover grays well, if at all with last 4 colorings. Color faded and lackluster within 2 days. Nothing changed with hair care routine and only use sulfate and paraben free products on natural hair. Receiving more suggestions for maintenance product up-sale, however. AwfulI received a package for roots only which was not at all what I wanted esalons questions do not give you options and I don’t like how it’s set up. I called to inform them that I was unhappy and the process to getting them to fix it is not easy. Color offI used to love esalon but between getting an order that I had to get corrected and then getting the exact same formula the next time (that I tossed instead of using) and combined with the service I received after, my view on the products and company have been heavily altered. Best hair dye I have ever triedI have been trying for what seems like forever to find a hair dye that is the same colour as I had when I was naturally a redhead in my younger years. I have now found it. Even my gray hair has gone. Not sure yet if it will come through again. Only time will tell. Thank you so much eSalon, it is perfect. Had to pay import tax the second time I was sent the products, however eSalon credited the cost to my account. Thank you again. It’s now 27th Jan 2019 and am even more in love with my colour than 6 months ago. I have asked for 2 adjustments and every time the changes were just as I asked. Wonderful!I have spent so much money over the years at a stylist! I decided to try eSalon as I am now on a fixed budget. I love it! My hair is gray and the color works great! I even have some highlights because of the gray being lighter than the rest of my hair. I recommend this product to all women who are turning gray.
