no grey coverageAfter the first use and maybe 2 washes it was like I did not even color my hair. I wrote back and said I needed a higher grey coverage formula and you just extended the time by 10 minutes....No difference in the final result. Great Color and Great ServiceThe box was cute and had everything I needed to color my hair at home. I have long thick hair and was skeptical about the two little bottles being enough but they covered all of my hair. The instructions were easy to follow and very thorough. My hair has been colored (a lot) and I was looking for a natural ash brown to cover up my balayage gone brassy and bad. The color they sent was the best at home color I've ever used and even though the results were still a little more golden and warm than I'd like, it was beautiful. I contacted the stylist about adding more ash and cool tones to my next color. They responded promptly and I am very excited to see what changes they have made. Brilliant Hair ColourI don't often write reviews but just had to say how brilliant this hair colour is. Exactly what I wanted and had so many good comments from colleagues and friends saying how much better my hair looks this rich warm chocolatey brunette shade. The instructions in the pack are clear and easy to follow. It took me about an hour to do my full head of very thick, curly hair. I also watched the "how to" videos beforehand which definitely helped me get an excellent result - my friends thought I had been to the hairdresser and everyone has complimented me on my new colour. All I can say is that, for me, eSalon custom hair dye is a brilliant alternative to brassy highlights that hairdressers insist is the best way to cover gray hairs. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Great colorsI have never used a hair color that didn't need a few washes before it was near the color you wanted. It would be harsh and drab colored until you got some of it off. This hair color is perfect from washing out the coloring gel. I love it. It stays that color until you change it. A bit more expensive than I can really afford, but I drag my feet on redoing the color longer so that I can get this one. Good stuff! 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Love this time aroundColor I got this time around is perfect. I am a natural blond but it has gotten mousy looking and yes some white (just a little). This covered great (but just applied it) It lightened and brightened while still allowing some of the gold tones to come through, giving this ole gal a fresh look, and the condition is great. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. I LOVE MY CUSTOM HAIR COLOR. I RECOMMEND ALL OF THE PRODUCTS I HAVE USED.+++++++THE COLOR IS SO EASY FOR ME TO DO ALL ALONE. THE HUGHLIGHTS WILL BE UN TOMORROW.
