It's okNot to impressed, can get the same results going to Walmart and buying hair color. Only got a 5onz tube of conditioner... I have long thick hair so that was barely enough to cover my scalp let alone the rest of my hair. I will definitely reorder your products.esalon....thank you for your product. You promised and delivered. I never had my hair colored in salon's for fear of ruining my hair for good...I colored my hair myself, store bought...and always @ the end my hair are brittle and dry. I bought your product just on a whim and to just try it....and I wish I took pictures of before and after I used esalon color. I love the end results....my hair is more pliable and less dry. Hands Down Best Hair Color Product Ever!I started to write a very detailed review, because I cannot say enough great things about this product, but there is a limit on this, so I will keep it short and sweet. I have very, very long and unbelievably thick (Caucasian) hair that I have been dying from natural mixed Auburn to jet black for almost a year. The drugstore color only last through one shampoo and had never applied evenly, even after going through every drop of 3 boxes. I was super impressed with the packaging, the quality of the tools, as well as all of the tools they provide in the kit. But most importantly, their customer service is A+! I was immediately connected to my colorist who reassured me that two bottles would be enough to cover my hair, and she was right! I actually had about half a bottle of color leftover! What I am most impressed with is that I was able to comb the color through my looooong, thick hair with not a single tangle or snag! The formula was just the right texture of creamy/oil and the results are just breathtaking! I have had endless compliments on not only my color, but how much healthier my hair looks and feels! I don’t even have to use any anti-frizz or smoothing products! I just ran a flat iron through it the first day and have not had any frizz issues at all! I live in Oklahoma where humidity is just an endless battle. My hair is so soft and shiny and even feels lighter, I can’t stop touching it! I have already referred several friends to esalon and will continue to do so! I’m actually looking forward to my next coloring in a few weeks and have already filled my cart up with more esalon products! I cannot wait to try the moisture shampoo and conditioner!
