So easy!Easy ordering process and quick shipping. Shipment came with roots and ends application, brush and kit of gloves, shampoo, conditioner and stain guard/remover. Instructions were easy to follow and result was true to the color chosen, which was darkest brown intense pearl. As a side note, when washing out your dye it can feel a little clumpy close to scalp and hard to rinse out. I would suggest shampooing twice. Once with the shampoo received with the kit and the shampoo you have on hand. All around, extremely satisfied. AmazingI have to admit I was skeptical. I was worried this would be similar to a store bought out of the box hair dye but it so wasn't. My hair looks exactly as it does when I pay over $100 at the salon to get my hair colored. The all over coverage and the quality of the products is beyond incredible. I can't rave enough about this experience and will definitely be a repeat Customer. The best $10 I've spent! If I had to say anything negative, it would be the amount of time it took. Horribly damaged hair after coloring with this kitI am an avid at-home dyer. I have been dying my hair with various products at home for over 15 years. I thought a professional blend suitable for my hair type would be wonderful. I have curly hair and it tends to be a tad on the dryer side in winter months. I prepped my hair with a few hair masks in the weeks prior to dying and followed the instructions to the letter. While attempting to wash the dye from my hair, it felt like each strand was covered in wax and while the roots and very ends were able to be detangled, the mid section of my hair was a rat's nest. I proceeded to utilize the conditioner sent with the kit, but it did NOTHING. I followed up with a hair mask, intense repairing conditioner, and a leave in conditioner, but it still feels like there is wax covering my hair and it is extremely tangled. Pieces continue to fall out (after the huge amount that fell down the drain during the rinse out process).
