Split EVERY hair on my headAfter 2 years of chemo treatment... I finally had healthy hair halfway down my back again... I color my greys, so I can feel prettier, now I look like a fried french poodle and all my hair has to be cut off AGAIN! Response from e-salon experts, UNSATISFACTORY... I had 2 years of chemo treatment, and then 2 years of no treatment before I colored my hair,,, I had VERY healthy hair halfway down my back, until I used your color... Too dark and strange residueThe colour I ordered (dark brown) is pretty much black! Also, although I have very short hair, I had to wash it about 5 times to get the weird waxy residue out. The residue then collected on the floor of the shower and blocked the plug. Safe to say I won’t be using again or recommending. Great color on gray rootsIt has taken several changes since I started using E-Salon color, but the stylist with whom I had spoken in November knew exactly what to do to get proper gray root coverage and avoid brassy roots on my medium dark brown hair. With the changes she made, it worked beautifully this time right from the outset. Three shampoos later and there is no brassiness and my root color is still holding.
