Color amazing but very bad products to wash hairI'd love it the color it really suit my face and style and is very easy to use but the Shampoo it didn't clean at all my hair and I was afraid why my hair looks still sticky despite I washed three times and nothing was off after I waited for a few hours and I washed again with my products and the result was very different....... 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Strange waxy residue?I have coloured my hair myself many times over the years. I have tried my esalon dye for the first time tonight and it has left a strange waxy feel to my hair. While I am happy with the colour I am not happy with this texture. I followed all the instructions and used the shampoo that came in the box but it has not seemed to remove the waxy texture. Horrible experienceI'm an experienced home colorer and forgot why I tried eSalon and never used it again. Now I remember.
