Didn't get my color rightI asked for a blue black. I got pure black. Whatever. I can get it reformulated. So I ask for a blue black AGAIN. I again get shipped a pure black. Now I'll have to bleach my hair to get the color I want! I just wanted a gorgeous blue black. Not pure black with no hints of blue.
