Didn’t workI decided to try e-Salon again. I wrote the hairstylist about my first experience (my hair having an orange tint to it). She explained that she changed the product for me. I did EXACTLY what the directions said to do and yet my hair had the orange highlights again. Devastated, I had to go get my hair foxed the next day. Custom Colour setI just wish I would have visited your website long before. Definitely got too say you ladies are fantastic!!! Instructions and videos make the whole process so much easier and the results I definitely can say I love love love the way my hair looks feels so beautiful. 🩷 I'm going to follow up with future purchases. Terrible productI'm sure this review won't make their site! I've never had my hair feel so dry while dying my hair! The colour and texture is like TAR!!! thick black tar! Got all over everything! Stained my neck my back, my shoulders! Yes I used the skin protector but you can't use it on your whole body!!! It covered greys VERY well! But I'm assuming that's because it's so full of chemicals seeing as how damaging it is! And the smell burned my nose (literally) and burned my eyes! I have very sensitive damaged hair and now I'm afraid when I wash this out my hair will all fall out and be like straw! Please don't buy this stuff! The reviews must be fake, or it might be ok for different colour hair, and if you don't have greys and don't have to dye your hair often...but if you do dye your hair often and have dry, damaged hair, there's better and CHEAPER products than this! I was right all my hair was coming out in big chunks and handfuls!!! And after I washed the tar out....which took forever btw! I have never seen the water so thick and brown and not coming out no matter how much you rinse!!! And I washed, and conditioned...AND GET THIS.....My scalp was still black on both sides!!!!! I wish I could add a picture to this review! I took a wet wipe and wiped the hair dye off (this is after about 6 minutes of rinsing, washing and letting conditioner sit, and rinsing again) anyway it looked like when you take a paper towel and check the oil in your car...except it's thick tarry black!!!!!! I can't believe this!!!! My $8-$10 boxed dye is WAAAAYYYY better than this!! And they are charging $35????? For a huge f***ing mess, frustration, anger and completely DESTROYING your hair!!!!!!!! My hair was already thin...I COULDNT afford to lose THAT MUCH HAIR!!! Thanks E-salon for ruining my hair and making my life hell!!!!! I'll do anything to make sure people don't buy this! changed formulathis used to be great. what happened? Now it is watery and not enough for one bottle to do my hair. Lucky I ordered a second set by mistake. please change the formula back to original or check your manufacturer. Also gloves were too small and difficult to get on. Very Happy with ESalon!My friend introduced me to E-salon and I love this site, I believe the dye is better than what you buy in the store and SO much cheaper than a salon.
