What color is this?I was so excited when the my color arrived. Certainly not what I expected. The color was very light on my roots. A golden brown and a few blond hairs. Not a hint of red. Did nothing for the rest of my hair. I followed my instructions explicitly so that is not the problem. terrible!I have only used this color the first time that it was sent to me. It made my hair dry and also it is an extremely harsh color. I just received another shipment that I thought I had cancelled which I most certainly don't need because I have several boxes of color that I haven't used.
