Perfect color the first timeI sat and looked at the product for two days before I finally tried it. The color was beautiful. It was easy to apply and everything you needed was included (gloves, conditioner, developer, stain guard and stain remover). My hair had really good volume. As soon as I applied the conditioner I could feel the difference. A color chart was included showing percentages of colors used.
