No response to my concern about colourI sent in a message weeks ago asking if I could get a darker colour with more ash tones, which is what I originally asked for (but the stylist recommended against it). Had hope.In the beginning the color seemed to cover the silver patch I was trying to cover. It seemed covered, anyway. But today I can clearly see where it just never worked, the hair there is clearly barely any color at all. I could probably RUB it off. I had hope. But it doesnt work. Sent a tiny amount for my waist length hair, took almost 2 weeks to getVery disappointing, I received a tiny bottle of color and developer. Ended up paying way too much for what I could have done buying drugstore brand (which I ended up doing anyway to get my full head done). Our standard order processing window is 1-3 business days. All orders are reviewed within this time frame, and it appears that your order was delayed as a colorist reach out for a photo (based on the profile information received). After we did not receive a reply to this email, the root touch-up selected was sent. When a client has selected a root touch-up only and has indicated they have highlights, a root touch-up only will be sent. Please keep an eye on your email.
