Custom Color SetHave complained numerous times about red tones, but still getting them! Even after changing my color last time. I ended up going to a professional salon for highlights. Professional colorist were impressedWent to a new salon to get my haircut today. Had another customer compliment my color and two different stylists tell me the love my hair color. Not the colour I was asking forI was really looking forward to trying esalon as my usual colour is now discontinued. I've been gradually lightening up my hair over the past four years or so as I didn't want to ruin it with using too much bleach in one go. I selected "light brown copper" as my desired result as the colour didn't seem too far off what I had, and provided a recent picture as well where my hair looked slightly lighter than reality. I was expecting a slight change but still within my style. Oh how wrong was I. Few years of effort undone within 30 minute sof colour development as now I'm back to dark brown. Not sure I want to try a different formula as I've just lost a lot of trust. Two stars instead of one as the colour comes in a decent amount, is easy to apply, and hair quality after washing out is quite good - it's just the actual _colour_ that is a major letdown despite the long personised ordering process. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Your root color was formulated based on the profile information provided as in the photo submitted you were wearing a beanie. The color formulated for the previously dyed parts of your hair (the majority) did not contain any brown (just copper tone). Delivery Frustrating, BUT the eSalons has done everything they can to help!!I am editing this review, I will leave the original below. As frustrating as this has been to have these issues for the second time in recent months, I have to say that eSalons has reached out and is trying their best to resolve this me for. Unfortunately it will probably not be resolved before my trip, but I haven't given up complete hope yet...) eSalons is making every effort they can to get this here in as short of time as possible and they did come up with a suggestion that will help with any future delivery issues. Original: I have been a client for MANY years and for the most part have had very few issues, but over the last year this is the second time that the delivery has been a major issue. My order was processed on the 4th and shipped on the 5th, but as of today, the 12th (after the mail has arrived) I am still waiting on my order. I had pushed the date up a few days to the 4th so that I could guarantee that I had my order before we left for a trip this coming Friday. However, that is now looking unlikely. I called customer service earlier today only to get NO help and mostly the attitude that she did not care and there was nothing that can be done. I am already upset about the progressivly declining service but this will definitely be my last order if I end up having to go on this trip without have my hair done because you can not figure out how to get a product to a client in over a week now and offer no help to the problem. Dark Hair Color ResultsMy base color came out a little too dark with just a hint of mahogany red. Adjusted color worked better than my initial purchaseI purchased my first color selection and it was not that great covering my grays. Color was uneven. I decided to give feedback and colorist put a new formulation together that was much better! don't waste your moneyIt's just like any other box color so don't waste the extra money. Also a week later my scalp started itching and peeling. That's never happened with other box dyes before. I am not happy with this purchase, the color is flat (though it is a nice color) and not what I was wanting. There zero purple tint to it.
