Color too dark but hair felt healthyThe color came out too dark. I would recommend if you are already coloring your hair to let the colorist know what you have been using and send a picture of your hair color that you prefer. Mine came out too dark because I said that my natural color is medium brown (which it is, but I color my hair light/med copper). Wow...just WOW!I had a bad experience the first tine I went to get my grey hair dyed. My normally red hair came out purple! Like eggplant purple. I cried, wore hats and tried everything I read on the Internet that might help fade the color. It took a long, long time and it still wasn’t entirely out. Then I came across eSalon on Pinterest. I thought, it can’t hurt to try. The results are stunning. My hair looks like it never was ruined AND, my grey is covered!! I love this process and will forever be grateful as well as a customer!!!
