Not satisfiedUnfortunately I am not satisfied with the “permanent” color I was sent. It was nice to receive an extra set of coloring which was used on the ombré of my hair but it did not take at all. The color washes out of my hair within a week. I am not sure if this line is a “Demi” or “permanent” color line. Previously bleached hair is more porous and cannot retain color the same as non-bleached hair, and it requires regular glossing with a color that has base in it if covering those highlights is a goal. It is inevitable that the color will fade fastest over bleached areas, and it important to wash as little as possible using only color-safe products to preserve your color over bleached hair. Im love my hair again!The color is perfect. I love my hair again. Easy to understand and follow directions . My hair felt like straw now it is so soft and shiny. I had a good amount of grays especially on one side of my head. This colored them beautifully. With store bought color the greys alwasy looked very brassy.
