Love Love Love this color planI have only tried one set of color but I love it. My hair has gone from straw dry to beautiful and healthy. I use the Love Shampoo and conditioner. I received, 2 identical vials which I used about 2-3 weeks apart as directed to use to cover my roots. I Now look like I am in a rock band in the 80's. Please correct and send the corrected vial. Enjoy the colorLoved the first order, it had blonde highlights in it with the red I ordered. I do not get it with other orders though, I wish it came the same way each time. However I do not need one every month, I still have not opened the one just sent, and you are sending me another.
