Love Love Love this color planI have only tried one set of color but I love it. My hair has gone from straw dry to beautiful and healthy. I use the Love Shampoo and conditioner. Love itThe color is Now is RED . Please correct error and send me the correct color FREE. This was your change. I received, 2 identical vials which I used about 2-3 weeks apart as directed to use to cover my roots. I Now look like I am in a rock band in the 80's. Please correct and send the corrected vial. Enjoy the colorLoved the first order, it had blonde highlights in it with the red I ordered. I do not get it with other orders though, I wish it came the same way each time. However I do not need one every month, I still have not opened the one just sent, and you are sending me another. New Product Inferior From the OriginalPreviously eSalon provided a kit with one color for roots and a second color refresher/sine enhancer for ends. The result was great. My hair had great color and shine. The new kit has a single color for roots only and the result is OK. but the depth of color is not there and no shine, Disappointing. Color turned my hair RED!I am very disappointed. This is not the first time my hair has been totally brassy after coloring my hair.
