the only color I've used for the past 4 years (with no plan of stopping)I started using eSalon when I was trying to go back to blonde from a few years of dyeing it dark red. I've never gone back. My colorist helped me neutralize it from a horrible brassy orange color to a soft, natural reddish blonde. My color is fabulous!I get comments on how shiny & silky my hair is. It feels better & looks healthier than any time I have had it professionally colored in the salon. They tend to overprocess my hair & cause breakage & damage. Not so with ESalon! You are in control of your own destiny. Great multi tone hair dyethis product gave my hair multi demintions and tones that didn’t make it look like it came from a box and a hair stylist did it for me. It’s fantastic! Love eSalon!Finally got the nerve to try my eSalon color today! I received my own color a couple of weeks ago but was scared to try it as this would be my first time doing my color at home, but I was tired of paying Salon prices so gave it a try. I am so glad I did, it was a little awkward to do for me but I managed and my color came out just as I had hoped, may be a little darker than i thought it as the color in the bottle seemed way too light for me but the color was very close to my current color, I imagine over the next week or so it will lighten some but if it doesn't I'm still satisfied with the color. If in doubt give it a try you will not be disappointed. I will continue to color my hair at home and save quite a bit of money! its not a cloud I ordered! not even close!I asked for copper, nice, stand out the colour. instead, what I have is a dull brown colour. It's not even close to what I have asked for. I can achieve better results from any high street shop. For this process, i expected something nearer the salon results, nice deep, rich colour. its a complete waste of money and time, I'm travelling tomorrow and now will not have time to change my colour. Pretty Color but disappointedI love how the color turned out, the color just did not last. It tured a brassy color 2 1/2 weeks in with almost a red undertone. I use a color protective shampoo and conditioner that is sulfate and paraben free so that is not the cause of the fading. It appears that you came into the appointment wanting to go lighter all over. We had advised before your appointment and at your appointment that color chemically does not lift or lighten other hair color. It appears you proceeded with the service (matching your current color) against your colorist's recommendation to visit a traditional salon to achieve your originally expressed goal of going lighter all over. We are always happy to adjust based on your feedback if we are able to, however since color chemically cannot lift or lighten other hair color, we recommend visiting a traditional salon if your desired result is still to lighten your existing base.
