Great Color!This coloring system is great. I love the color that was created for me and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it! It is very rich and multidimensional. Everything was spelled out perfectly and I followed the instructions exactly how it was stated in the instructions. I think because it was quite different than how I normally color my hair at home, it came out a bit darker than it was supposed to be—however, I believe that it was my fault for not adjusting the time slightly to accommodate for it taking more time to apply. I have one minor complaint that there is a lot of packaging. It does make everything a lot easier—so I don’t know that anything could be changed or consolidated, it just was a lot to recycle/toss. So why 4 stars and not 5? I selected this product because it was supposed to leave your hair in better condition than store bought color, however, I did not find that to be the case. YES, the color does last longer, but now my hair is so dry it is constantly getting tangles and I can only comb—not brush—my hair. Love it.I’m happy I decided to try this out. It’s like I got all three shades in one, only thing is I wish the purple was a bit more stronger. I love how some lighting I look like I have brown hair with a red tint. And then some lighting it looks like a nice dark purple brown. Most of all my hair felt amazing after dying it. The color was good and my hair felt really softColor was good. The place in the process where you are in the shower and add whats left in bottle to hair and massage into your hair, the smell was so strong I had to open the shower door and my eyes were burning throughout the entire time I was in the shower.
