Red/Pink HairApparently my last few orders were sent out wrong because I now have reddish pink hair and it's supposed to be a rich mahogany with a slightly Auburn tint!!! I've contacted Karen at esalon... she is very helpful and immediately saw the problem and is in the process of getting it corrected for me...I can't say enough positive things about how Karen has handled this whole situation!!! Color is Great! Everyone always compliments me.I love the ease of having it shipped to me and the colors are fantastic. I wish that the product did not have ammonia in it. Best at home salon carePros- at home, way cheaper than a salon but salon quality. Last longer and looks more natural than retail box products. Doesn't seem to damage my hair as much either. Cons-it is very waxy. Hard to get out of your hair even after the 5 mins of using wet gloves to work it into your hair at the end. I find I have to wash it really good a few times. Never received all those items, returned 2 pkgsCredit due on returned two hair dye boxes returned to this vendor.
