Not worth the moneyThis was probably one of the worst colors I have ever used. First of all it didn’t color my grays at all. It’s left my hair hard and very difficult to comb. I have already spoken to someone about this and she said she canceled my next shipment. With that bring said PLEASE DONOT SEND ME ANYTHING ELSE!!! Repeated wrong colorI am unable to get the resulting color I am looking for - I asked for Golden Blonde and have shared that I have red in my hair naturally - which is important when attempting to achieve golden blonde according to every salon that has serviced my hair. Usually a colorist will only get this wrong one time before updating to correct to achieve the outcome. This has been at least four times and the color has not been adjusted despite my feedback. It is a shame, the color could not be corrected because I really like how my hair feels once I've used the included shampoo and conditioner. It looks like we have reformulated/adjusted a few times per your request, however no photos have been provided. Clients typically have much better results when current photos for reference are provided so that our colorists can review your profile for accuracy and accurately advise you. We are happy to work with you to adjust to better suit your needs if we are able to. You ordered our Dark Brown Intense Pearl, which is a purple-toned shade. If your roots turned purple, it would have to be because your 2nd bottle (for the previously dyed parts of your hair) was applied to the roots, as this formulation was pure tone violet, while the color intended for your roots had Dark Brown base in it. Simply the BestI have been using the eSalon hair color for Over a year. It is so easy to use. Instructions are clear To follow. The result is beautiful, shiny and soft hair. Whenever I make an adjustment with the color it is an appropriate change and I have always been pleased with the results. I would NEVER spend the money to go to a Salon that overcharges and leaves you dissatisfied and sometimes with damaged hair. Worth a try!All in all experience was great~ from packaging, delivery, and the product. I have a very sensitive scalp but I didn't notice any residual itchiness on my scalp which what I normally experienced when I do it at the salon. As far as the color, I'm not satisfied with the first color of my choice so I'm reordering a different one and see if this is the one that I will really end up staying with. Love the custom colorI thought I knew why I wanted in my hair color until I tried what my colorist suggested might look better. Amazing! I couldn't be happier. The cost is a bit more than I can easily afford, but, with these results, I will put aside enough money to purchase from eSalon. I am trying the highlight kit today. The instructional video was simple and easy to understand. I expect the same great results I get with the overall color.
