Perfect colorNot only is the color perfect!, But the how to videos on line are very helpful. I have received so many compliments on my color. It doesn't smell so chemically, and the shampoo and conditioner that comes with it are awesome. I plan to purchase those in the future. Fabulous color & gray coverage!This covered my grays better than any color I’ve used in the past - home use or from a salon. I did experience some burning during the application process, towards the end, but it didn’t actually run me. The Custom Iterations are a winner for Demi colorBy the third iteration I had gotten the most natural ever so slightly golden blond color that matched my non gray hair and covered the grey. Hair looked like it did 30 years ago.
