Sorry it didn't work for meI have a lot of gray and this did not cover any of it but most of all the color was very light almost white blond no real golden color at all. I followed the instruction exactly, 30 minutes after the full 4 sections were covered, but the color either didn't take or somehow I got the wrong color. Nothing golden, or blond about the finished product on my hair. My suggestion is to go darker then you might think you want and maybe that will work. Exactly what I wanted!!!!!The eSalon team has been exceptional and getting the exact color I wanted. The responsiveness and dedicated customer service is bar none. I loved my last color but wanted a little more red and explained what I wanted and the colorist created the exact color I needed. Thrilled!I love this process, I wish I had found it earlier. Since my hair has started to grey I’ve been paying a lot to have it colored at the salon. This is a perfect solution. Bewertung nach 1. NutzungIch bin mit dem Ergebnis nach dem "ersten" Färben zufrieden und möchte die Farbe nochmals verwenden. Was ich nicht in Ordnung finde ist der Preis. Mir wurde die Farbe für 11,00 € verkauft. Nunmehr beträgt der weitere Preis 24,95 €. Bei diesem Preis werde ich die Farbe nicht auf Dauer anwenden können. Ferner wurde bei der ersten Bestellung auch in keiner Weise erwähnt, dass ich mit der ersten Bestellung sofort ein Abo annehmen muss. Couldn't tell I colored my hairMy hair is brown and I dye it blue black twice a year. After I used esalon hair dye, I couldn't even tell I had dyed my hair. All my roots were still brown and it could not have been blue black because the ends of my hair was the dull black it was before I used the hair dye. I could have sworn I canceled the subscription but they drafted my account at 5:30 this morning but I was told it was already shipped and I would have to wait and refuse the package/send it back and wait on them to get it back and process before they would refund my money. If u cancel your subscription, u might want to double check and make sure ur cancelation was completed. I'm going back to store bought dye.
