Perfect ColorFirst time coloring with esalon, and have to say I’m very impressed! I’ve colored my hair many times both at home and at the salon, and esalon is a really nice, affordable and convenient hybrid of the two. It really is salon quality color, but without the long appointment or high end salon pricetag. My color is shiny, has excellent coverage on my grays, and is exactly the shade I expected from the online quiz. It looks like strawberry blonde on my hairI was surprised by how red it looked on my hair. It took me about 1 month or so to get someone to help me do the coloring. The second one arrived this week and I really don't need it yet so could you wait until about 6 weeks later before you ship the next one. I have adjusted to the color but by then I may want to tone down the red tones I am getting with this formula. I also noticed that my hair texture has changed to be more coarse. Is this normal? I won't recommendPros: great price, easy to follow direction, covered most of my grays, my hair felt soft after. Cons: my hair wasn't the color I wanted. I ordered intense pearl which is a brown with a hint of violet. My hair turned dark brown with some parts near the roots that turned lighter than others. color was very dark brn,copper/red and looked absolutely horrible.very dark,almost black looked so hard against my fair complexion. definitely not lite brn at all. then brite copper appeared making it almost worse. was not a natural color at all. Do NOT order ANYTHING from this companyI ordered from this company unaware that they would be sending product monthly. When I called to Stop the monthly shipment I was informed that they would be billing me regardless. Their web site had a delay shipment option however after I turned off the Monthly Plan I was not able to delay the shipment. This company clearly does not care about its customers.
