How did you know the perfect color for me?Using a grocery store product, I colored my hair a couple of times at home about 15 years ago. The best you could say was the results looked fine from a distance. I've been going to a salon since then. I colored my hair today with your custom set. Wow! I'm really happy with the results! The color is very natural, and my hair is smooth and lustrous. Since it was my first time with your products, I was unnecessarily obsessive. I know it will be easier next time. GoodI liked the organized box, the 2 sets of gloves. I like the color, I might add a little more of the neutralizer blue to tone down the copper coming through. There are some coppery highlights when the light hits it. Also, in the directions it tells you to do roots first and wait 15 min. Then do your ends, then 10 more minutes. I did this on my blonde grown out hair and I have a line where I applied the first roots, which is half my hair, and then the lighter highlights growing out. Liked it but not as much as last timeThis time my hair turned out much darker... almost black. The directions called for me to leave it on for 30 minutes but in the past I thought it was only 15-20... maybe that was the difference. GOT THE COLOR I ASKED FORI got the color I asked for, I think on my next visit I'd like to give it a BIG twist. I don't agree with the 100% gray coverage because I still have some gray hairs in me.
