Love the color but what a mess to apply.The color was darker than expected but I am thrilled just the same. Took me out of my comfort zone and I am better for it. I am not sure how subsequent kits are going to manage to keep this color going. It is too soon to know how much the dark color will fade. The product is runny and messy. Yikes. Did anyone read my requests?When signing up for the service, I specifically noted that I wanted to avoid gold and red colors in my hair (they make me look like a corpse). I received medium blonde hair color, and guess what? It is full of gold and red tones. In fact, when I look at the pictures of women in the salon advertising materials, they all have red and gold tones in their hair. What was I thinking?! No more for me. AWESOMEThis was the EXACT color I've always wanted but never been quite able to get! Love the stain guard and the stain remover and the fact I can choose if I want to brush on the application or use directly from the bottle. I don't have a bad thing to say about this. Excellent colorThis was my first time coloring my hair at home so I was slightly anxious about the process, but everything was easy. I picked a slightly darker copper than my natural color but it covered my gray and the color is amazing. I have highlights and it is shiny and soft. My husband loves it. Such a easy process. I will definitely be reordering. I also recommend this to anyone who wants soft, beautifully colored hair. I am no longer anxious about coloring my hair myself. No more brass!I am pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied with how spot-on my color turned out. It has always been impossible to home-color and not end up with a lot of brassiness, so I have had to spend hundreds at the salon. I’m sold. eSalon has a new, and very happy, customer.
