Great CoverageI love the coverage provided by this product. It was a little too dark but that was my fault in providing the exact color needed which is difficult to do and not the fault of e-Salon. Not the color I wantedThis is my second time using eSalon. First time was great, the color that I got was a little darker than the color I wanted but I still liked it. Second time, I thought I was going to get the same color because I didn't change anything, but I got a totally different color, it is more like a light brown. It is not red nor copper. Resistant grayI absolutely love my color and the way my hair feels, however, I have spots of gray hairs where the color just won’t take. Hair 2 different colorsI got my order tonight and I was so excited. I enlisted the help of a friend and we followed the instructions to a T. The first application to my roots didn't change the shade of my hair at all. The second application made the rest of my hair quite red.
