Good color and shine but way too much product to rinse outI like the color and shine, but not the process. The product turns into a waxy goo when I rinse with water. The residue collects under my fingernails as I try to rinse and remove the product with shampoo. When just refreshing the roots, it requires 20 minutes of rinsing, followed by 2 - 3 shampoos, and there is still residue. I recently wanted more coverage, so used half the product at once. I ended up shampooing 5 times and was in the shower for more than half an hour scrubbing my scalp. I am getting tired of this every time I color my hair...
