Passt PerfektAnfangs war ich skeptisch, man wusste ja nicht, ob die Ansatzfarbe zu meiner restlichen Farbe passt. Aber sie passte perfekt, ist sehr natürlich und deckt meine grauen Haare perfekt ab. Ich bin sehr glücklich mit dieser Wahl, denn die herkömmlichen Produkte kommen weder an diese schöne natürliche Farbe, noch an die Abdeckung der grauen Haare heran. Raviiiiie!Le kit est super bien presente. Une couleur adapter grâce aux bons conseils. Et enfin une couleur adapter au cheveux long à faire chez chez-soi en quantité suffisante pour les cheveux, long et épais. Encore à m ameliore pour la pause car la jonction Racine/ longueur n est pas parfaite . Mais ça c est juste une question technique. SplotchyI have been going to a salon for years getting my hair colored, I had a friend (who’s a licensed cosmetologist) help me with my color. Show me how to do it at home since she’s moving. The smell was unlike any other hair color. It made me tear up constantly it was so strong and foul smelling. And after following the directions after I blow dried my hair was splotchy and the roots were not colored at all. colour changeI wasn't happy with the grey coverage with my first order. My team made a suggestion and added an extra colour step at no charge. I love the slightly darker colour and the grey coverage was better. It lasted longer than the colour from my last salon trip. Canceling membershipI wrote to customer service asking for advice on getting my roots to match my too dark ends. I got an auto reply that the colorist would contact me but never heard from them.
