Good but not great.Customer service for ordering was great but unfortunately the end result was lackluster. Not happyMy hair didn’t look much different then before I colored it I followed instructions to the letter and it really didn’t look that good not much change and it washed out within weeks I’m not happy I’ve got better results with pharmacy colors. Wanted more mahogany/copper brown-flat color no shineThe process was super long and all of the effort to wash it out was ridiculous. It took numerous rinses to make my hair just feel normal. The color is a flat brown, no reds shown through, and my roots are a different color all together. I will have to have my hair professionally fixed. I have never disliked my hair this much in a very very long time. It's not shiny and extremely dry too. I have had to purchase a deep moisturizing mask for my hair just to manage it. I am just not pleased at all with the results. Wrong colorI have med. brown hair and for many years I been coloring it awesome reds! I told these people I’m a true brown but color red, my color they sent me, it made me dark brown 🤬 I wanted my formula to be a red color!!! WonderfulI am 68 years old. I have dyed my hair for many years. This is by far the best product on the market. And eSalon is very easy to work with. My first order came out a little dark.
