Wrong colorI was looking for a honey kissed brunette and instead my hair is now copper brown. While I am happy it is lighter in tone from my natural color, the actual color is way too orange. color changeI had requested a lighter color and I got the opposite. I got a dark burgundy, I have washed hair a couple times now and the roots are orange. I sent an email out 5 days ago and no response. products are awesome but not sure what happened this time. Second time and still not happyI really really wanted to like this product. In fact even after not getting the results I wanted the first time I tried again. I loved how a colorist called me to see what we could do to get the results I wanted. And while the color is better, I cannot get over the nasty feel of my hair. It is not soft like it usually is when I use other products and my hair feels like it has a thick coating on it. It almost feels greasy yet dry at the same time.
