Color is consistant.In the past, I've ended up with either too light, or too dark...maybe the store was out of my color, but I like the consistency I get with eSalon. My thick coarse hair hasn't turned brassy orange even with the beating of summer swimming, tho I take procautions to protect it. Love my subscriptionI really love the product. One thing I did with my first order was do two add ons- one a tint rinse and a deep conditioning treatment. The tint really helps! Amazing!!!I finally had time to dye my hair last night and I'm in love!!!! I can not explain how much I love my hair color right now!!! Meh...It was ok. I told the stylist that I did not want a coppery blonde color. I told her I was afraid of my hair turnung brassy. I even told her if she thought any of those things would happen that I would prefer to go darker instead. She assured me it wouldn't, but it did. My hair was a copper blonde. I even spend the extra money on the neutralizing treatment . It was fine. It covered up most of the grey starting to peek through and had I had a different color my experience might have been better. It was easy enough to do myself but I will not be ordering again.
