Color good, instructions not.The instructions should have had me leave color on my ends longer than 3 minutes at the end, since I was just switching back from a store box color. HorribleI have colored my greys before and I've never had such large strands of grey hair completely uncovered. My hair was totally saturated. It was NOT an application error. And I chose the darkest brown possible, uploaded a picture and this is still a complete waste of money. I've had better luck with grocery store boxes, so why is the junk more expensive? Just like a salonI tried this on a whim as I don't like buying boxes of dye from supermarkets as they never go to plan and I can't get to a hairdressers right now. I absolutely love it. I had roots so the root colour had tones if the dye I had elsewhere with copper tone is and the ends bottle had copper. It came out well blended and a lovely rich shade. Thick HairI was super worried about not having enough color to cover my hair. Every time I go to a salon to get my hair done they have to mix more color because of how thick my hair is. ESalon came through with the amount and the quality!! It was super easy to select the shade I was going for. The color covered my highlights and my greys. My hair felt great afterwards. Do yourself a favorI was tired of paying $200 every few months to have my hair colored and thought what do I have to lose by trying esalon. The price was so reasonable but I had never colored my own hair. It was so easy and I love my color. Now I just pay for haircuts and my gray is gone.
