The Absolute Worst....Stay AwayMade an appointment, which was cancelled by the Hollywood store at the very last minute. The worst customer service, snotty, condescending, rude, and incompetent. Claimed their color mixing machine was broken. How laughable. Isn’t eSalon in the color business? Absolutely useless. Frustrated!I dont know why, but my hair color is so hard to rinse out. I spend 30 minutes in a warm shower than another 15 stucking my head under the faucet because the water is cold. I scrub and scrub with my hands and go through so much shampoo. I'm so frustrated! I used this a few years ago and had the same thing happen. I gave it one more shot hoping it was different, but darn it, it's the same thing. LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The color was SPOT ON!!!!! It is gorgeous, and I love how you get two separate colors for your roots and ends!!!! I had been playing around with professional hair color from Sally's for over a year, and had gotten pretty close to getting the color that I wanted, but the brand I settled on because I liked the color combo so much, dried out my hair, so I had to immediately use a deep conditioning masque right after I colored my hair, and even then, the next day my hair would still be a wee bit dry. This color+shampoo+conditioner combination made my hair feel healthier and look shinier than my hair did BEFORE I colored it! I am SOOOO excited that I decided to try eSalon, I had been thinking about it for quite some time, and I am so very relieved to have finally found a color that I can stick with!
