Best at home productI have Ben going to the salon to get my hair colored for years and I found this product easy to use. It leaves your hair soft and manageable. The red color, only took to my roots....The rest of my hair is total Black...very disappointing! At this point I'll have to cancel my account & get my hair done by the professionals. So upsetting...:(. I was so excited to get a new color & it was perfect timing, seeing February is Love month...It's all about Red! I have ordered several times before & was very impressed with the color outcomes...but today, not so much! Update as of October 22, 2019, I received the color replacement...& the same exact thing happened! The red color only took to my roots! The rest of my hair is black! War anders als abgebildetLeider bin ich nicht zufrieden mit der Farbe. Mein Wunsch war ein nicht ganz dunkles braun als Farbergebnis, heraus kam Tiefschwarz. Durch die Farbbilder konnte man es etwas anpassen unterm Strich war es aber nicht so wie auf dem Bild zusehen. Schade! Bin daraufhin zum Friseur um es zu korrigieren. Meine Empfehlung wäre, bevor man sich die Farbe bestellt noch mal beim Kundenservice nachzufragen oder zwei Farbenuancen (bei den dunklen Haarfarben) heller bestellen. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Loved the colour....butAbsolutely love the colour. A real ash brown, without any red tones. However, it doesn't last long. It fades very quickly. I have followed further instructions from my colourist, but it hasn't got staying power. The colour bleeds badly with every wash. I'm experienced in colouring my hair, as I have done so since I was 17 years old (I'm now 58). Usually I do have very good results at home. My roots very quickly become much lighter; within 2 weeks!
