Shampoo and ConditionerMy hair is oily and clumpy after using your shampoo and conditioner. But after rewashing it with my own brand, it was okay and the color remained true. It wasn’t as good as I hopedWhy is it so hard to get really ashy tones!? I was hoping for a light to medium ashy blond and ended up with a warm brown. Darker than expectedI think for the desired look I was/am trying to achieve, I need to visit an actual salon to have my hair lightened and coloured properly. This was way too BROWN for my liking. Depositing colour doesn't LIFT-- so if you're a brunette wanting to go red-- no.... just no.... go to a salon! Not happy with color I want to opt outNot a fan the color is only slightly different from my natural color. No highlight options, and I can’t figure out how to stop all future shipments.
